February Stephen B. Mercer recently appeared on WJLA Channel 7’s Capital Sunday on February 18, 2007 at 9:30 a.m. Mr. Mercer was a guest legal analyst on the show discussing interesting legal issues in Maryland.

Stephen B. Mercer, Esq. was recently the guest speaker at the UDC David A. Clarke School of Law on the topic of reliability of crime labs across the country. Mr. Mercer answered questions about DNA, exoneration cases, and the evidentiary treatment and analysis of DNA and other forensic evidence.
